  • Flexibility: Voucher value can be combined to enjoy multiple treatments in a single visit, but cannot be used across multiple appointments.     
  • Validity: Each voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated for special promotions (e.g., Christmas offers).
  • Redemption: After expiration, unused vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Delivery: All vouchers can be sent directly to the recipient in a beautiful Evoucher form after full payment.
  • Treatment Restrictions: Vouchers cannot be used for injectable treatments.
  • Full-Priced Treatments Only: Vouchers cannot be combined with any existing offers or promotions and are valid only on full-priced treatments.
  • Any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, but it may be topped up towards an additional treatment during the same appointment.
