LOLINKA BEAUTY CLINIC – ONLINE SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Lolinka Beauty Clinic’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in packaging, appearance, or formulation may occur due to manufacturer updates.

All skincare products are sold subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 per order.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
• If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable or out of stock after an order has been placed, delivery may be delayed.
• In such circumstances, customers will be contacted and provided with an update regarding the revised delivery timeframe.
• Lolinka Beauty Clinic is not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations, skincare products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.

Refunds or exchanges will only be considered where:

• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is returned in a resaleable condition.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if products are returned opened, used, damaged, or outside the permitted return period.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase.

Lolinka Beauty Clinic accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or adverse effects resulting from product use where patch testing has not been carried out or where ingredient warnings have been ignored.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

International shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout. Before placing an order, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email to confirm stock availability and receive an accurate shipping quotation.

Once the shipping cost has been calculated, we will send a secure payment link for the total amount, including shipping charges.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping service. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Important Notice for International Orders

Before placing an international order, please contact us to confirm that we are able to ship to your country.

Some skincare brands operate through exclusive distributors in certain countries. Where exclusive distribution agreements exist, we may be unable to supply products directly to customers in those regions.

Payment for International Orders

Once stock availability has been confirmed and the shipping cost has been calculated, we will send you a secure payment link.

This payment link allows you to pay using major credit and debit cards.

Bank transfer is displayed as the standard payment option on our website; however, secure card payment is available through the personalised payment link sent after confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number if available.

Delivery Responsibility

Our responsibility ends once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking information and, where available, photographic proof of delivery.

If the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the correct address, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or retrieved by an unauthorised person.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that the parcel can be safely received.
